Qualifications
1. Male or female, aged 19–28 years.
2. Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
3. Interested in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
4. Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred.
5. Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction.
6. Able to operate manual and automatic coffee machines.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
9. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
10. Disciplined, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
11. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
12. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
13. Must have a personal vehicle for work-related mobility.
Job Description
1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
2. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
3. Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages served.
4. Provide friendly and professional customer service, including taking orders and processing payments.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, tables, counters, and equipment.
6. Monitor and replenish ingredients and supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups.
7. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in handling ingredients and preparing beverages.
8. Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
10. Follow company SOPs and established service standards.
