- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and greet customers.
- Informs new or seasonal products to customers.
- Educate customers of coffee and brewing methods.
- Receive customers' orders and payment.
- Prepare ordered beverages and foods.
- Serve ordered items to customers.
- Offer retail products and on going promotions.
- Prepare, calibrate, maintain, and control the coffee machines and grinders, and POS machine.
- Provide daily sales report.
- Upsells and cross-sells various menu items.
- Display retail products according to FIFO order.
- Receive delivered supplies and verify that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Clean all cafe area (i.e. bar, seating area, restroom, parking, etc.).
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

- Must be present at work on time every working day.
- Must be polite, honest, obey the rules and regulations that apply.
- Must be warm, customer oriented, and set a high standard of hospitality services.
- Must be curious, willing to learn, and explore new techniques or recipes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum High School or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision making skills.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
