Mesuaka Social House is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista / Bartender to join our growing team in Bingin, Uluwatu. If you enjoy creating great drinks, delivering excellent guest experiences, and working in a vibrant hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, cocktails, and other menu items according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic bartending techniques.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English is an advantage.
Willing to work in Bingin, Uluwatu.
Immediate availability is preferred.
