Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare beverages, including tea, according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform daily checks on raw materials and follow FIFO inventory management.
- Report low stock and coordinate with the outlet leader and area manager/coordinator.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Assist in the production of tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Qualification
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK.
- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift schedules.
- Eagerness to learn and upskill, particularly in sales techniques and product knowledge.
