Job Overview & Requirements:
Placement : Manukari Kopi, Banjarbaru (We do not provide employee mess/residential accommodation)
- No more than 50 minute travel time to our outlet from where you live.
- Have basic / conversational English skill prefered
- Responsible for daily bar operations as barista, including preparation in the morning and end-of-day closing duties.
- Ensure every beverage is prepared and served according to company standards, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, and upholds food & beverage safety and hygiene protocols following the SOP that applies.
- This role requires basic knowledge of coffee & non-coffee beverages [ please note! ], F&B safety and hygiene practices, strong teamwork and communication skills, service excellence, punctuality, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Paid training for 1 week, no parking reimbursement, paid at the end of the month [ please note! ]
