PLUNGE Hydration Bar — Plural ClubhouseWe’re looking for a Barista & Mixologist to join PLUNGE, the hydration and recovery bar inside Plural Clubhouse.This is not a traditional coffee or cocktail bar role. PLUNGE is a full hydration bar built around coffee, fresh juices, electrolytes, functional drinks and recovery-focused beverages.We’re looking for someone who understands how to make great drinks — from pulling a good espresso to working with fresh fruits, herbs, juices, syrups and other ingredients to create balanced and interesting beverages.
The Role
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Make fresh juices, smoothies and blended drinks
- Prepare hydration and electrolyte beverages
- Make functional and recovery-focused drinks
- Work with fruits, herbs, natural ingredients, syrups and infusions
- Prepare and batch ingredients for daily service
- Help us develop and improve signature PLUNGE drinks
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
- Keep the bar organized, stocked and ready for service
Provide a welcoming, knowledgeable experience for Plural members
Who We're Looking For
- Experience as a barista, mixologist, bartender, juice barista or similar beverage role
- Comfortable making both coffee and non-coffee beverages
- Good understanding of flavor and how ingredients work together
- Experience with juices, smoothies, syrups, infusions or mixed drinks is highly valued
- Creative and interested in developing new beverages
- Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and consistency
- Friendly, confident and hospitality-minded
- Interest in hydration, training, recovery and healthy living is a plus
You do not need to come from a traditional wellness background. We’re looking for someone with strong beverage skills, good taste and an interest in bringing creativity into a new type of hydration bar.Location: Plural Clubhouse, Bali
