Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high-quality grooming services
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service experiences
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barber
- Strong expertise in modern men's haircuts, beard grooming, and styling techniques.
- Customer-oriented with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about men's grooming and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational schedules.
