OPEN HIRING – Barback (Bali Area)
📍 Placement: SOORA Speakeasy Bar,
Ayodya Resort Hotel, Jl. Pantai Mengiat Jl. Raya Nusa Dua Selatan No.4, Benoa, Kec. Kuta Sel., Bali, 80363
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barback, Bar Staff, F&B Staff, or similar position in a bar, restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations, beverages, glassware, bar equipment, and service procedures.
- Familiar with basic bar preparation, including setting up ingredients, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar necessities.
- Able to maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, good communication skills, and a willingness to support the Bartender and service team.
- Friendly, energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience working in a premium bar, cocktail bar, hotel, or fine-dining environment is a plus.
