Qualifications
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bar Waitress, Waitress, or similar position in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or bar.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain beverage and menu items, and make recommendations when needed.
Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the bar and surrounding service areas.
Monitor guest needs and respond to requests professionally.
Process bills and payments accurately
