MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and bar back.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage teamwork and professional growth.
Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Customer Service:
Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service to guests, exceeding their expectations.
Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and build rapport.
Train staff on service standards, product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques.
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of beverages served, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Implement measures to prevent waste, damages, minimize costs while maintaining quality.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety procedures and regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service laws and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards or compliance issues.
