BAR Supervisor
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Male or Female.
- Relevant working experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage industry.
- Minimum experience may vary depending on the position applied for.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, responsible, disciplined, and highly motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to follow company standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Candidates with leadership and supervisory experience will be an advantage for Supervisor-level positions.
- Placement in Canggu, Bali.
