In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at Y SPORT BAR. As a Bartender, you will be expected to prepare and serve a variety of drinks with precision and speed. Your duties will include managing the bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. The Bar Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training new staff members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that the bar operates efficiently.

We are seeking candidates who possess an Associate Degree and have between one and three years of experience in a similar role. Successful applicants should demonstrate excellent customer service and relations skills, as well as a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
