What You Will Contribute:
As the Bar Supervisor at Nisí Villa & Suites, you will lead our beverage operations, ensuring every cocktail, mocktail, and beverage served reflects our ultra-luxe, 5-star Mediterranean standards. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will curate an exceptional beverage experience for our guests across both the existing villas and the upcoming suites. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality mixology standards, managing bar inventory efficiently, and mentoring a team of passionate bartenders to deliver warm, personalized, and unhurried service that elevates the overall guest experience.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and oversee daily bar operations across the property, ensuring all beverages are crafted and presented to strict luxury standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the bartending team to deliver highly personalized, attentive, and world-class service to all guests.
- Assist in developing and refining beverage menus, signature cocktails, and healthy elixirs that align with the Mediterranean concept and wellness focus of the property.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure all premium spirits and fresh ingredients are consistently available.
- Monitor beverage costs (COGS) and minimize waste by implementing proper pouring techniques and ensuring recipes are strictly followed.
- Enforce strict hygiene, health, and sanitation standards within the bar area, ensuring a consistently clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the culinary and butler teams to provide seamless in-villa dining beverage services and accommodate special guest requests.
- Engage warmly with guests, anticipating their needs, confidently recommending beverages, and handling any feedback with professionalism and grace.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or Senior Bartender in a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or premium lifestyle venue.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, premium spirits, wines, and wellness-focused beverages.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, motivate, and manage a bar team in a high-end environment.
- Solid understanding of bar administration, including inventory management, cost control, and supplier relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fluent English (Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory for local candidates).
- A warm, personable, and attentive demeanor that aligns perfectly with a highly personalized 5-star guest experience.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics in beverage presentation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
