As we prepare for the opening of our new restaurant, Naked Bones, we are currently looking to recruit an Bar Manager to oversee our daily bar operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, or in a senior F&B leadership role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of mixology, craft beers, wines, spirits, and current beverage trends.
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control (beverage cost percentage), and staff scheduling.
Leadership & Communication:
Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle guest relations and resolve conflicts professionally.
