Bar Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
2. Lead, train, and supervise the bar team.
3. Create and maintain beverage standards, recipes, and presentation.
4. Monitor beverage quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
5. Manage bar inventory, stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination.
6. Control beverage costs, wastage, and stock variance.
7. Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
8. Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
9. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
10. Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
11. Ensure the bar area, equipment, and facilities are clean and well maintained.
12. Develop new cocktails, beverages, and seasonal menus when required.
13. Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
14. Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and service standards.
