Join the opening team of Kissa10, an Asian café & bistro with a strong focus on exceptional hospitality, an elevated wine & cocktail program, and unforgettable guest experiences.
We're looking for a passionate and driven Head Bar / Bar Manager to lead our bar team and play a key role in bringing Kissa10 to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all bar operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service.
• Develop and maintain high standards for cocktails, wine service, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Create SOPs, recipes, and bar workflows to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, stock control, and beverage cost to achieve target profitability.
• Work closely with the management team on menu development, seasonal beverage programs, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality, service standards, and team performance.
• Play an active role in the restaurant's pre-opening process, including bar setup, equipment selection, supplier coordination, and operational planning.
Requirements:
- WAJIB SUDAH BERDOMISILI DI BALI.
- Previous experience as part of a pre-opening team or opening a restaurant from scratch is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Bar or Bar Manager.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee, and beverage operations.
- Strong knowledge of Wine varieties is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership with the ability to build, train, and manage high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of inventory management, beverage costing, and profitability.Passion for hospitality with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
