The BAR CAPTAIN is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standard and that the customer experience is consistently excellent. This includes managing inventory, training and mentoring staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about various types of drinks, including tea, and will demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills. The BAR CAPTAIN plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere of the bar and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in inventory management, drink preparation, leadership, tea knowledge, and teamwork are essential.
