Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the daily bar operations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and coffee beverages.
- Supervise, coach, and schedule the bar and service team.
- Ensure excellent guest service and consistent beverage quality.
- Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Willing to work on-site in Gili Meno
- Conversational English is required (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, coffee preparation, and bar operations.
- Hands-on leader with excellent communication and team management skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well groomed
- Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented.
