Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
2. Prepare cocktails, mocktails, wine, and other specialty drinks.
3. Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
5. Monitor beverage stock and report inventory needs.
6. Provide excellent guest service and beverage recommendations.
7. Coordinate with Service team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
2. Knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and mixology.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team.
5. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
