Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar and floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure food, beverage, and service quality meet company standards.
- Lead and coordinate the team during daily operations.
- Conduct pre shift briefings and provide clear direction to the team.
- Ensure SOP, hygiene, and service standards are properly implemented.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in F&B, restaurant, bar, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of bar and floor/service operations.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Customer service oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
