As a ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ, you will play a key role in expanding our banquet, hotel, and F&B business by building strong client relationships and turning opportunities into successful collaborations.

โข Actively canvass and acquire new corporate, community, and individual clients for banquet, event, and F&B services
โข Manage end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and deal closing
โข Handle banquet and group inquiries, including meetings, weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
โข Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
โข Coordinate closely with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution
โข Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and basic sales reports
โข Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives

โข Bachelorโs Degree (S1)
โข Minimum 1โ2 years of experience as Sales Officer / Banquet Sales / Hotel Sales / F&B Sales
โข Strong understanding of banquet, event, hotel, or restaurant sales processes
โข Proven ability in canvassing, client acquisition, and relationship management
โข Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
โข Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field
โข Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
โข Willing to work flexible hours when required (events, client meetings)
โข Hospitality background is an advantage
