Banking Partnership Support
Job Description
We are looking for a Banking Partnership Support to join our Banking team and provide operational and administrative support in managing relationships and activities with banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Banking team in managing day-to-day activities and coordination with banking partners.
* Assist in maintaining communication and follow-up with banks regarding operational and partnership matters.
* Coordinate with banking partners to support the implementation and maintenance of banking products and services.
* Follow up on operational issues, requests, documents, and action items with banking partners.
* Prepare and maintain banking-related documents, reports, meeting materials, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
* Coordinate with internal teams such as **Business Development, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology** to ensure banking-related activities run smoothly.
* Assist the team in preparing information and materials for meetings and discussions with banking partners.
* Monitor the progress of ongoing banking projects and ensure follow-up actions are completed on time.
* Maintain accurate records of banking partner activities, communications, and documentation.
* Support other banking-related projects and activities as assigned by the Banking team.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
* Experience in **banking operations, transaction banking, payment services, bank partnership, or fintech is preferred.
* Good understanding of banking products and payment processes.
* Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Proficient in Canva.
* Able to work effectively with both internal teams and external banking partners.
* Good English communication skills or mandarin are a plus.
