Main Responsibilities:
• Placing inventory orders with vendors
• Maintaining organized record of expenses for bookkeeping
• Preparing data for tax purposes, audits, and reporting
• Assisting with HR responsibilities
• Take customer orders and complete transactions
• Accurately place orders in POS system
• Assemble orders for pick up
• Answer customer questions
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room
• Maintain clean appearance and interact with customers
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and handling
• Maintain cleanliness in cashier and pick up area
• Work quickly and efficiently
Skill Requirements & Qualifications:
• Indonesian citizen, no criminal record
• Must be able to lift 10kg safely and effectively
• Good understanding and conversational in English
• Strong math and organizational skills
Preferred:
• Previous work experience as an admin, cashier, or barista
• Previous work experience in F&B establishment/café/bakery
• Knowledge of food safety, food storage, and food allergens
• University or College degree
Key Performance Indicators:
• Attendance and tardiness
• Accuracy of data for reporting
• Accuracy and timeliness of orders placed to vendors
• Reviews based on speed of service, order accuracy, and customer service
• Accuracy of transactions and POS system management
• Table turnover speed, length of line queue
• Sales revenue, profitability
