Mandatory criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of actual experience as a Baker/Baker Pastry.
- Experience in a high-volume bakery, café, or restaurant.
- Proven experience in artisan bread production.
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques.
- Familiarity with Western bakery products and flavors.
- Able to work quickly while maintaining consistency in production.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.
