Baker Required for Immediate Start, Ubud, Bali
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional baking experience
• Experience with cakes or pastries preferred
• Skills in filling, finishing and decorating pastries
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
• Responsible for monitoring stock and placing orders
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
• Must currently reside in Bali
GiGi’s is a small speciality matcha and cacao bar focused on producing a signature French pastry. Training in our specific recipes and production methods will be provided.
