Baker / Cake Decorator

Looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our growing team in Ubud, Bali.
This role is suited to someone with previous baking experience who enjoys working in a calm, quality-focused environment and takes pride in presentation, consistency, and creativity.
Full training will be provided in our systems and product standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and baked items to GiGi’s standards
- Decorate cakes and finish products with strong attention to detail
- Maintain consistency in presentation and quality
- Support daily kitchen preparation and production
- Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Work efficiently during production periods and manage time well
Requirements
- Good English
- Previous baking experience required
- Cake decorating skills required
- Good time management and self-management skills
- Able to work independently and stay organised
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for baking and quality craftsmanship
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment
