## Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team at Baked by Geulis. As a baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods while maintaining our brand standards and food safety protocols.

## Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake brownies and cakes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily output targets
- Report any equipment issues or concerns to management
- Support inventory management for baking materials and supplies
## Requirements
### Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
- Proven track record in a food production or bakery environment
### Skills
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and consistently
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Physical stamina for morning schedules and standing for extended periods
- Teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and processes
### Education
- Senior/Vocational High School minimum
### Schedule
- Must be available for early morning shifts
- Flexible scheduling based on production needs
