Job Description:
- Prepare and process ingredients for bakery products (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)
- Follow standard recipes and procedures to produce high-quality products
- Operate baking equipment and perform baking processes accurately
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of products
- Decorate bakery items when required
- Maintain product availability according to daily outlet needs
- Ensure cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use
- Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials
- Follow all company SOPs and safety regulations in the kitchen/outlet
