Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a baker or in a professional bakery/kitchen.
Experience in making keto, low-carb, high-protein, or healthy baked goods is highly preferred.
Good understanding of alternative ingredients such as almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, natural sweeteners, and other healthy substitutes.
Able to develop and follow recipes with accurate measurements and consistent results.
Understanding of basic nutrition and healthy food preparation is a plus.
Creative and willing to experiment with new recipes, flavors, and healthier alternatives.
Strong attention to detail, especially in portioning, measurements, texture, taste, and presentation.
Able to maintain consistent product quality and hygiene standards.
Good knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen practices.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsible, disciplined, organized, and willing to learn.
Passionate about baking and interested in the health & wellness food industry.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
