EXPERIENCED BAKER
Since 2016, Wheatfields Bread Lab [formerly Starter Lab] has been dedicated to the craft of long-fermented sourdough—built on time, discipline, creativity, and consistency.
We are seeking experienced bakers who care deeply about process, hold themselves to high standards, and see baking as a lifelong obsession. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steep learning curve, welcomes feedback, and wants to continuously refine their skills in an expert field.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years professional baking experience
• Strong passion for long-fermented sourdough and artisan bread
• Solid understanding of fermentation, dough handling, and bakery workflow
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining consistency and precision
• Creative mindset with respect for structure and standards
• English proficiency is required
• Mature, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
