Deskripsi pekerjaan Baker - Weirdough PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Baker with a specialty in making croissants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for baking, and a desire to grow within the culinary arts. As a Junior Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality croissants and other baked goods under the supervision of the Head Baker.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of croissants, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and schedules.
- Monitor dough fentation and proofing to achieve optimal texture and rise.
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products to uphold high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area, including equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Minumum SMA/SMK equivalent.
- Able to make Croissant.
- Excellent time-management skills, Communicative, and Detail-oriented person.
- Understanding in food safety practices
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
- Ready to work as soon as possible.
