Baker Shop Qualifications :
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) in Culinary, Bakery, or Hospitality, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bakery, pastry, café, or retail operations; experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of bakery production, including dough preparation, baking techniques, product handling, and basic food presentation.
- Able to maintain product quality, freshness, consistency, and proper food storage.
- Familiar with food safety, hygiene, sanitation.
- Able to operate POS/cashier systems and handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
- Experienced in providing friendly and professional customer service, including assisting customers and explaining products.
- Basic knowledge of product display, merchandising, and stock monitoring.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including bakery production and customer service.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and able to maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
