- Proven experience as a baker minimum 1 year
- Experienced in bread & pastry production, especially cinnamon rolls or similar dough-based products
- Able to handle dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing consistently
- Understand basic kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Able to follow recipes, SOPs, and production schedules accurately
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
