About us
fr-anz with benefits is a specialty cinnamon roll, coffee and matcha
café in Pererenan. We are known for small-format cinnamon rolls in many
flavors — variety over volume.
The role
You bake our cinnamon rolls. Fixed morning production, ready before the
shop opens at noon. You work from standardized recipes and are
responsible for consistent quality every single day.
Responsibilities
- Daily production of cinnamon rolls (dough, proofing, baking, filling,
topping)
- Follow recipes and production sheets exactly — same result every day
- Keep production timing so all products are ready before opening
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage ingredient stock and flag shortages early
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in bakery or pastry
- Experience with enriched/laminated yeast dough is a strong plus
- Reliable, punctual, able to start early morning shifts
- Consistent and detail-oriented — you can repeat a recipe precisely
- Basic English or Indonesian communication
