BAKER ASSISTANT
Butter Deli is looking for a Baker Assistant – someone who's not only passionate about baking, but also has a deep appreciation for aesthetics, harmony, and beauty in details.
We believe that every pastry carries a feeling from the color palette to the texture, to the way it's placed on the tray. If you naturally notice those little things, and love creating something that feels warm and beautiful, you might be the one we're looking for.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Passion for baking and visual aesthetics
- Appreciation for calm, neat, and thoughtfully designed workspaces
- Eye for detail and color balance
- Basic pastry/baking knowledge (experience preferred but not required)
- Honest, consistent, and eager to learn
- Able to work neatly and handle pressure during peak hours
- Team player with a positive and humble attitude
- Open to learning Butter Deli's signature look and tone in both taste and presentation
