Job Description
We are looking for a Bahasa Indonesia Rockstar Teacher who will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality text-based and audiovisual content for Pahamify, as well as teaching live classes. This includes, but is not limited to, developing questions, explanations, and educational videos that help students understand mathematical and logical reasoning concepts clearly. The Rockstar Teacher ensures content accuracy and pedagogical quality while demonstrating exemplary usage of Bahasa Indonesia, making language and literacy learning both effective and enjoyable.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Indonesian Language Education or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in creating Bahasa Indonesia and Reasoning-related content and teaching these subjects for SMA and university entrance exam preparation, including the following.
- SMA & TKA SMA materials: Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Indonesia Tingkat Lanjut (Kurikulum Merdeka).
- UTBK materials: Kemampuan Penalaran Umum (inductive subsection), Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Umum, Kemampuan Memahami Bacaan dan Menulis, and Literasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia subtests.
- Independent university entrance exam (ujian mandiri PTN): Bahasa Indonesia and academic potential test (verbal) subtests.
- Required skills: question item creation, item validation & reliability, classifying question scope/difficulty levels, higher-order thinking skills, learning design, content writing, teaching skills, and familiarity with KBBI and EYD.
- Confident, articulate, and camera-ready for educational videos and live teaching sessions.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to modern edtech trends.
