Duties and Responsibilities:
Application Development: Execute application development aligned with business needs and Bank Mandiri standards.
Code Delivery: Deliver effective and efficient working code that meets business requirements as the primary obligation before other duties.
Problem Solving: Analyze problem contexts and provide technological solutions for business issues.
Knowledge Sharing: Document ideas, problems, and solutions in a shared medium to ensure product development continuity and team progress.
Collaboration: Collaborate with all business and IT stakeholders in product development.
Architecture & Design: Take responsibility for the overall system architecture and design, ensuring that solutions for individual features are consistent with other features in both backend and end-to-end contexts.
System Integration: Collaborate to integrate products with Bank Mandiri's internal and external surrounding systems.
Product Ownership: Take full responsibility for product completion, including preparing infrastructure components and automation scripts for deployment/delivery, while maintaining awareness of product security.
Service Monitoring: Monitor all backend services during development, testing, and production phases.
Risk Management: Execute operational risk management for every business process, including identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and mitigation of operational risks (including data quality and reporting of risk events), in accordance with bank regulations, and act as a role model for operational control implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Back End development or a similar role.
Work Ethic: Demonstrates initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organized work habits.
Teamwork: Ability to work both individually and within a team, as well as coordinate effectively with related cross-functional teams.
Innovation: Ability to provide input and ideas for team improvement.
Required Skills:
Understanding of Java Sprint Boot
Experience using SQL Query.
Experience managing one of the following databases: Oracle, Elastic, Redis, or MongoDB.
Additional Skills:
Experience leading a Backend team.
Experience with Containerization & Microservices.
Experience with Kafka & Stream-Based Applications.
Experience with Redis, Caching Strategy & Data Grid.
Experience with Elastic & other Non-Relational Databases (NoSQL).
*Educational background required is Bachelor's Degree/S1 in IT
