Deskripsi pekerjaan Backend Golang Senior (remote) PT Aktualisasi Gratia Talenta Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

- Develop backend features based on business and stakeholder requirements.

- Design scalable systems with strong performance and reliability.

- Improve existing systems and reduce technical debt.

- Support production issues (quick fixes and long-term solutions).

- Maintain BAU features such as:

> Capacity handling

> Purchase request creation

> Order list management

> Vendor management system

> SKP

> Pricing

Project Details

- Projects: Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Commercial/Vendor Management team

- Duration: 6 months (extendable)

- Work arrangement: Remote

- Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM (break 12–1 PM)

- Daily standup: 10.30 AM

Requirements

- Experience: Min. 6 years as Backend/Software Engineer and have strong experience in coding

- Golang Native experience: Min. 3 years (active user)

- Strong in Golang Native, SQL, NoSQL, System Design, Coding

- Familiar with PostgreSQL (plus)

- Experience in e-commerce / logistics / supply chain is a strong plus

- Strong communication skills (Astro values structured and confident communication)

Additional Notes

- Using Candidate's laptop (preferred i7, i5 acceptable, 16 RAM required).

- HR Interview will ask mostly about related work in Golang, tools used, system design & indexing, how you answer questions clearly, enthusiasm during interview, some query test during HR interview, why do you use certain tools to solve problem, etc
