• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Go development. Internships and relevant personal projects may be considered for junior-level experience.
• Strong understanding of Go programming, including Goroutines, Channels, Context, and error handling.
• Understanding of when to use concurrency effectively and its potential trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs using frameworks such as Gin, Echo, Fiber, or Chi.
• Experience with ORM, preferably GORM, and able to write and optimize raw SQL queries when required.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including joins, transactions, indexes, and query performance optimization.
• Familiar with Git and basic Docker usage.
• Able to independently read technical documentation and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Proactive in identifying issues and proposing practical solutions.
• Willing to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies, including AI technologies.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
Nice to Have
• Experience with SQLX or other non-ORM database libraries.
• Experience with MongoDB, including document modeling and aggregation pipelines.
• Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, NATS, or Redis Streams.
• Familiarity with Temporal or other workflow/orchestration engines.
• Knowledge of gRPC, Redis, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Personal projects or Open Source contributions using Go.
