Backend Engineer

Key Responsibility

1. Coordinate between multiple cross-functional teams internally
2. Ability to deliver high-quality software products based on requirements using Agile process
3. Ability to read, understand and translate specifications into coded solutions
4. Provide leadership to development teams and mentor sub-ordinates by setting up standards and best practices for team

This job might be fit for you if

1. You have bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field. Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or IT preferred,
2. Or have engineering wisdom equivalent to 4 (2 for associate) years progressive experience
3. You have experienced in Golang programming languages, and PostgreSQL for relational database
4. You have experience estimating scope of projects based on high level and ambiguous requirements/business goals
5. You have experienced 5 full software lifecycles
6. You are familiar with Agile Methodology
7. You are able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
8. You have working knowledge of architecture and software design patterns

Preferred Skills

1. Golang For Programming Language
2. SQL for PostgreSQL and MySQL or similar
3. Understand Cache mechanism using Redis or similar
4. Understand Message Broker using RabbitMQ
5. Have knowledge or Basic Docker
