Backend Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Backend Engineer

📍 Location: [Tangerang Kota / Full WFO]

📌 Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in backend development with Java & Spring Boot

- Strong mastery of Java 21+ and Spring Boot 4

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and connection pooling (PgBouncer, HikariCP).

- Production experience with Redis and Kafka.

- Experience with WebSocket or other long-lived-connection systems at scale.

- Strong understanding of concurrency, idempotency, distributed locking, and consistency trade-offs in microservices.

- Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, RBAC or ABAC.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, CI/CD, AWS or GCP.

- Experience with JUnit, Testcontainers, and integration testing.

- Ability to troubleshoot production issues such as memory leaks, slow queries, thread contention, and slow downstream dependencies.

- Familiar with Git workflows, including branching, PR reviews, and conflict resolution.

- Proven experience delivering production-grade and scalable applications.
