Deskripsi pekerjaan Backend Engineer (Onsite in Medan) Topremit
As Backend engineers, we collaborate with Product Managers, the Frontend Engineer team, Product Designers and also other teams to build the structure of Topremit's app and website. As Backend engineers, we talk a lot about logic and coding. We also learn about teamwork and collaborating with others in our team and cross departments. Our goal is to present the best version of Topremit that is easy to use for our respected users. For that reason, we are responsible for building, and maintaining the server side of Topremit as well as making sure Topremit products are highly secure to be used.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Proficient in Docker and Laravel (PHP).
- Experienced and skilled in using PostgreSQL and Redis for 1 to 2 years.
- Solid understanding of design patterns for writing reusable code.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Proven ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
What you'll contribute on:
- Build systems for users and internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Marketing).
- Develop and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Monitor deployments and resolve issues promptly.
- Review team members’ code to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate in cross-team discussions and contribute to decision-making.
- Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
