Status Kerja: Kontrak & Extendable (dapat diperpanjang ke kontrak / permanen, sesuai kebutuhan klien)
Lokasi: Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan (WFO, Senin - Jumat, 08.30 - 17.30 WIB)

Requirements (Kualifikasi Utama):
Proficient in at least one programming language such as Golang, C++, C, or Python.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including practical implementation.
Good communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and able to complete tasks on time.
Understands caching, code optimization, and API-based integration.
Server management knowledge is a plus.Able to use AI as a supporting tool, not as the main problem solver.
Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan):
Develop, maintain, and improve backend services using Golang, C++, C, or Python.
Design and manage database integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Build reliable API integrations with internal and external systems.
Improve application performance through caching, code optimization, and efficient backend design.
Troubleshoot backend issues and provide clear solutions.
Complete assigned tasks on time and communicate progress clearly with the team.
Use AI tools responsibly to support productivity, while maintaining personal ownership of problem-solving and technical decisions.
