🚀 Lancesoft Is Hiring: Backend Developer
📍 Location: Sunter, North Jakarta
📄 Contract: 4–6 Months
🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site (WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS and FastAPI.
- Build and manage workflow automation using n8n to integrate systems and business processes.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal applications and third-party services.
- Collaborate with Product and AI teams to implement LLM, RAG, and AI Agent solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure application quality, security, and maintainability
- Manage source code using Git and follow software development best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Informatics Engineering.
- Experience as a Backend Developer using Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience developing workflow automation using n8n.
- Familiarity with NestJS framework.
- Familiar with Docker, Git, REST API, and application deployment.
- Experience with LLM, RAG, or AI Agent development is a plus.
