Responsibility
- Design, develop, deploy middleware for front end application
- Design, develop, deploy northbound APIs to be exposed to client
- Translate business policy into northbound API design and implementation
- Provide corresponding API traffic/performance report for reconciliation and settlement/performance support
- Liaise with solution architect and front end developer to enable required UI/UX from backend perspective.
- Design, develop, deploy REST APIs following industry best practices on top of API Gateway platform"
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science /or equivalent relevant experience
Experiences Minimum 3 years of experiences in Backend Development
Skills
- Proficiency with fundamental server sides languages such as Java, Python and database MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- Excellent knowledge on REST API design principles
- Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON, SOAP
- Experience working with with third-party libraries, data sources, and APIs
- Proficiency on develop API using Software AG Webmethod API Gateway
- Excellent knowledge on microservice/service oriented architecture
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and principles is an advantage
