Backend Developer Lead will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the backend development team. This role focuses on overseeing complex database architectures, ensuring system security, and maintaining high-performance server-side operations while aligning technical execution with organizational goals and strict project timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Backend Development with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Java 17 using Spring Boot and/or Quarkus frameworks (Quarkus preferred).
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and Event-Driven Architecture, specifically using Apache Kafka.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD mechanisms, DevOps workflows, and Memcache concepts within Spring Boot.
- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate, identify, and implement complex technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical staff, application teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Proven commitment to delivering high-quality tasks within agreed project timelines.
- Willingness to work On-Site (WFO).
This position will be assigned to one of our clients, IFG (insurance industry), located in Central Jakarta.
