Backend Developer (Golang Preferred) – Project-Based

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services, primarily using Golang.
2. Maintain and develop backend systems using relevant programming languages and frameworks according to project requirements.
3. Refactor existing code, optimize database queries, and improve overall system performance.
4. Debug complex issues and implement backend development best practices.
5. Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party services.
6. Collaborate with Front End Developers, QA, System Analysts, DevOps, and relevant stakeholders.
7. Work closely with the client’s project team to support deliverables within an intensive project timeline.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-3 year of experience in production-grade backend development.
3. Hands-on experience using Golang in professional or production-level projects is highly preferred.
4. Experience with other backend programming languages such as PHP, Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
5. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, SQL, and system integration.
6. Familiar with Golang frameworks or libraries such as Gin, Echo, Fiber, or similar tools.
7. Understanding of clean code, authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, and API security.
8. Knowledge of microservices, Docker, cloud infrastructure, caching, and message brokers is a plus.
9. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
10. Good communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
11. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative project environment.
12. Available to join immediately and willing to work on a client project.
