Job Description:
- Monitor network, infrastructure, and backup systems through NOC operations.
- Monitor and respond to system/network alerts and incidents.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network and infrastructure issues.
- Support monitoring and maintenance of Cisco network devices.
- Monitor backup jobs and perform basic backup and restore activities.
- Escalate incidents to the relevant technical team when required.
- Maintain incident reports, monitoring records, and operational documentation.
- Support daily NOC operations according to established procedures and SLA.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, Infrastructure Support, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
- Good understanding of basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, and switching.
- Familiar with NOC monitoring, alert handling, and incident troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of backup and restore processes is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
