Operational Administration

1. Education & Experience

  • Proficient in English OR Mandarin (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience

2. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

3. Operational Responsibilities

  • Process new merchant applications and ensure completeness of documentation
  • Perform due diligence and risk assessment checks
  • Coordinate with internal teams (risk, compliance, sales) for approvals

4. Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
