Deskripsi pekerjaan Back End Developer Mentor (Onsite) IT STEP Academy
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students who are beginning their careers in Back-End Development using Python.
- Deliver lessons on Python programming, OOP, data structures, and software development fundamentals.
- Guide students in building web applications using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Teach database design, SQL fundamentals, and API development best practices.
- Assist students with hands-on projects, coding exercises, and portfolio development.
- Review student code and provide constructive feedback to improve coding standards and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support throughout the learning journey.
- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum quality and learning materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer, Python Developer, or Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and software development principles.
- Experience developing web applications and REST APIs using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and debugging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, training, or coaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Able to teach online when needed
